Basically, We Don't Have A Return Policy.... Here's Why...

Tires sold by PhilsTireService are COMPETITION TIRES and have NO WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE from PhilsTireService and/or the Tire Manufacturers.

All tires sold by PhilsTireService are NOT RETURNABLE for any reason.

Please be sure of the correct size, compound, and type of tire when you place your order.

Tires sold by PhilsTireService that become damaged during installation, mounting and/or balancing at a shop or trackside service that is NOT PhilsTireService are NOT RETURNABLE and are NOT UNDER WARRANTY.

Please inspect for damage prior to accepting a shipment if you are having your tires delivered to your home, place of business, or race shop.

Competition tires and/or "R" Compound Designated DOT tires often have very stiff sidewalls and are difficult to mount and/or dismount WITHOUT the PROPER EQUIPMENT and KNOWLEDGE.

Please take this into consideration when choosing a tire installation shop.

Beads of tires that are damaged during the mounting/dismounting process are ENTIRELY THE RESPONSIBILITY of the shop/person mounting the tire.

Choosing to drive on a damaged tire could result in a DRAMATIC TIRE FAILURE AT ANY SPEED.

PhilsTireService will NOT repair a flat tire of any type that would be used in a speed event or on a race track.
