Shipping & FAQ
Most orders are shipped using FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to use other carriers. Orders may ship in multiple boxes and/or from multiple carriers.
If you have specific shipping needs please contact us prior to ordering.
Items are carefully packed and sealed to prevent damage in transit. Loss or damage claims must be taken up with the carrier and we will assist.
If a shipment is lost, misrouted, or damaged you will need to start an investigation with the shipping carrier. Replacement items cannot be sent until the shipping carrier completes their investigation.
Any shipment that is refused will result in a restocking fee and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Any modification to an address after the order is placed may be subject to a fee responsible by the customer.. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box for your shipping address, you will be responsible for all additional charges required to deliver your package.
Free Shipping and Non-Free Shipping Items:
On certain indicated items shipping is fixed or free. This is limited to the 48 continental US States. No exceptions.
Free shipping items and non-free shipping items cannot be placed on the same order or full shipping charges will be added. Place separate orders, one for the free shipping items, one for non-free shipping items.

Yes, we can ship internationally. Shipping methods vary widely and is generally very expensive. Please select the “Contact Us” tab to arrange your international order.
For international orders, we will not modify customs declaration forms. The amount paid will reflect the amount on the customs declaration. There are no exceptions.
International orders incur a higher processing rate and we require you to cover that difference when you use a non US card for payment. If we determine that your payment method is an international card or PayPal account you will be expected to cover that difference before we ship.
All sales are final.
In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly, we will work with you to make the exchange. Upon receiving your items you need to verify that everything is correct within 48 hours.
Wheels cannot be returned once they have had tires mounted on them as they are then not new. You must verify the fitment is correct before mounting tires on the wheels. If you are test fitting a wheel be extremely careful to not damage the wheel in any way.
Cancellations may be allowed within 1 business day of the original order date. Once the order has been packaged and a tracking number has been created a cancellation will not be allowed. Special order items cannot be canceled at anytime once the order is processed. Special order items may require a non-refundable deposit, should the buyer choose to cancel the order at any point, this deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations or changes to your original order will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee as PayPal does not refund their processing fees for any partial or full refunds. Please make sure you order what you need. If you are unsure of what to order we can provide guidance to help you make a decision.
We offer no warranty above that of the manufacturer of goods sold. In an effort to minimize legalese we offer the following statement. Each parts manufacturer warrants its goods to be fit and free from defects in materials and workmanship. This is quite limiting. Any warranty above and beyond that is strictly on a case by case basis and limited to replacement of equal value only.
PTS makes no expressed or implied warranty on or towards any of the competition / track tires or wheels we sell. While we may provide technical and set up advice to improve and enhance your on track experience and performance, there are many variables each driver needs to take into consideration – car set up, driving style, on track incidents, track surface, etc.
Coupon codes can only be redeemed at the time of purchase.

Additional Shipping Info
Here at PTS we strive to have competitive shipping rates. We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL depending on the number of items being shipped and the method that works best for each order. We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship outside the United States. For some of our product lines we are able to offer Free Shipping if you are able to provide us with a verified commercial address.
Customers placing orders for shipping to a residential address are advised to make sure someone is home to receive the packages. PTS cannot be held liable in the event of packages going missing after they have been delivered by the carrier. Best option if no one is home during normal delivery times is to provide some sort of business or commercial address.
Free Shipping Disclaimer: Free Shipping offers are contingent on availability of the product. We stock as much inventory as we possibly can and we also have distributors who can generally get us wheels or tires in just a couple of business days. Items not in stock may be subject to shipping charges if you cannot wait for the product to come to us to ship your way.
We actively work to make sure our prices are both current and competitive. When a manufacturer has a MAP (minimum advertised price) policy we follow those rules to honor our agreements with those companies. For all other product lines we do our very best to provide the best value possible.
Placing an Order
Ordering is easy! At least it is supposed to be… If you place an order online you can pay securely via PayPal. If for some reason an annoying tech issue arises please contact us. Our email is email@example.com. You can also give us a call at 845-647-7407 during regular business hours (leave a message at other times). If you have Toyo bucks to redeem you need to email or call your order in as we don’t have a practical way to process those certificates through the website.
Need a Quote?
Sometimes you just need a bit more info before you make that wheel and/or tire purchase. Send us an email from our contact form (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call in 845-647-7407. Tire inquiries should include brand, model, size, and quantity. (ie Toyo RR 205/50ZR15 total of 4 tires) Do you need them heat cycled or shaved? Wheel inquiries should include brand, model, size, color, hub bore, offset, bolt pattern, and quantity (ie JRW Series 500 15×10 in Satin Bronze 57.1 ET10 4×100 total of 8 wheels) Do you need valves, lugs, spacers, centering rings? Destination zip code is required for shipping quotes as well as indicating whether the address is residential or commercial.
PTS stocks a good amount of wheels and tires, so generally we can ship same or next day. We cannot have everything in stock at all times, but we sure try! Toyo, Hoosier, BFG, and Michelin if not in stock are generally only 2-3 days away – unless a product is on national backorder (which happens on occasion). We work very hard to help every customer every time we can if at all possible. We offer our popular “no obligation wait list” for items that are incoming or on national backorder.
